Volume discounts start automatically at 25 units — no minimum order to place with us at all, and no minimum to start receiving discounts. A single unit is perfectly acceptable, and orders of 25 or more automatically receive a 5% per-unit discount. Discounts increase at 50, 100 and 500 or more units. Custom pricing is available for orders above 500 units or for ongoing corporate supply agreements — contact us directly to discuss.
Yes, absolutely. Mixed colour and mixed size bulk orders are completely standard for us. Each colour variant receives its own digital proof. There is no minimum per colour or per size within a bulk order. Many of our large customers order the full 22-colour range in a single bulk order for complete team role colour-coding systems.
Standard bulk order timeline from proof approval: 7–14 business days for screen print and DTF orders, and 10–16 business days for embroidery orders. Large orders of 500 or more units will have a confirmed production timeline provided at the quoting stage. Express production is available on request for urgent bulk requirements — contact us before ordering to confirm availability and applicable surcharges.
Yes. We regularly split bulk orders across multiple delivery addresses — for example, delivering different colour variants to different sites, or sending individual employee packs to home addresses for a remote workforce. Advise us of your multi-site delivery requirements when placing your order and we will confirm logistics and any additional shipping costs before production begins.
Yes. We store your approved artwork files and order specifications on file indefinitely. Repeat bulk orders can be placed with a single email or phone call referencing your previous order — no need to resubmit artwork, re-specify sizes or re-approve design positions. This is particularly valuable for construction companies, staffing agencies and distribution centres with regular seasonal or growth-related ordering needs.
Yes. For bulk orders above 100 units, we strongly recommend ordering a single sample vest in your most common size and colour before committing to the full order. This allows you to verify fit, print quality and compliance labelling before bulk production begins. Contact us before placing your sample order and we will prioritise it in production.
Standard payment terms require full payment before production commences on all orders including bulk orders. For enterprise accounts and government buyers with established procurement processes, we are open to discussing net 14 or net 30 payment terms on approved credit applications.
