Compliance Section
This vest is manufactured and tested to comply with the following Australian Standards:
AS/NZS 4602.1:2011 — High Visibility Safety Garments. This is the primary Australian standard governing hi-vis safety garments. It specifies minimum requirements for background material colour, retroreflective tape placement and the minimum area of visible and retroreflective material a compliant garment must carry.
AS/NZS 1906.4:2010 — Retroreflective Materials and Devices. This standard governs the performance of the retroreflective tape applied to the vest. It sets minimum retroreflectance values to ensure the tape reflects sufficient light back toward its source under both vehicle headlight and daylight conditions.
Class D — Day time use only. Fluorescent background material provides enhanced visibility in daylight conditions. Meets minimum background material area requirements for daytime worksites.
Class N — Night time use only. Premium retroreflective tape configuration meets minimum retroreflective area requirements for night time and low-light environments including construction sites, road works and warehousing.
Class D/N — Day and night time use. This vest meets both the Class D and Class N requirements simultaneously, making it suitable for all-hours worksite environments without the need for separate day and night garments. This is the recommended class for the majority of Australian construction, traffic control, mining and logistics operations.
All garments carry permanent compliance labelling in accordance with AS/NZS 4602.1 requirements. A supplier declaration of conformity is available on request for procurement and audit purposes.
Material Specifications
Body fabric: 100% polyester mesh — lightweight, breathable and suitable for extended wear in Australian outdoor conditions. Label: Polyester label carrying sizing, branding and standards information. Reflective tape: 5cm premium retroreflective tape, minimum 0.2 square metres per garment, meeting AS/NZS 1906.4:2010. Bone tape: 9cm bone tape, coloured as per vest requirement. Zip: Minimum 33cm zip, resin material — durable under daily industrial use. Piping: Polyester piping as per design and colour requirements.
Customisation

Screen printing delivers crisp, durable multi-colour logos at the best per-unit price for orders of 25 or more. It is the most popular choice for company names and logos on construction and logistics vests.
DTF (Direct to Film) printing supports full-colour photographic-quality artwork with no colour limitations. Available on any order size including single vests. Ideal for complex logos, gradients and fine detail.
Heat transfer is fast, clean and suitable for any order size. Works well for names, numbers, role titles and simple logo applications.
Embroidery is the premium decoration method — thread stitched directly into the fabric for a long-lasting, high-quality result. Preferred for chest logos on corporate workwear programs and vests intended for extended daily use.
Print placement options include left chest, right chest, full back, lower back, left shoulder, right shoulder and sleeve. Multiple placements can be combined on a single vest.
Accepted artwork formats: AI, EPS, PDF, SVG and high-resolution PNG at 300dpi minimum.
Ordering
There is no minimum order quantity. A single vest receives the same production quality, digital proof process and tracked delivery as a 5,000-piece fleet order.
Digital proof included with every custom order. Production begins only after your written approval of the proof — no surprises.
Volume discounts apply automatically at 25, 50, 100 and 500 or more units. Request a custom quote for orders above 500 units.
Standard delivery: 7–14 business days from proof approval for screen print and DTF orders. 10–16 business days for embroidery. Express production available on request.
