Every vest we supply is sourced and documented to align with the current Australian hi-vis standards. Compliance documentation referencing the applicable standard edition is available on request for every order.
Yes. There is no minimum order quantity. A single custom printed vest receives the same digital proof process, the same print quality and the same tracked delivery as a 5,000 piece fleet order. Simply place your order, email your artwork to sales@sandsindustries.com.au and we will have a proof back to you within one business day.
We accept AI, EPS, PDF, SVG and high resolution PNG at 300dpi minimum at the intended print size. Vector formats produce the sharpest results for screen printing and embroidery. If you only have a low resolution logo, contact us before ordering and our artwork team will advise on the best path forward at no charge.
Only if the logo placement reduces the fluorescent background area below the AS/NZS 4602.1 minimum of 0.20 square metres for Class D or D/N garments. At SafetyVest AU we size and position all logos to preserve the minimum compliant area on every order. We will advise you before production if any requested print size or placement would affect compliance.
Yes. Mixed decoration methods within a single order are accepted. Many customers use embroidery for chest logos and screen printing for full back text in the same order. Advise us of your requirements when placing your order and we will include all placement details in your digital proof.
Screen print and DTF orders: 7 to 14 business days from proof approval. Embroidery orders: 10 to 16 business days. Express production is available on request. Contact us before ordering if you have a deadline and we will confirm availability.
Yes. We store your approved artwork files and order specifications on file. Reorders can be placed with a single email or phone call — no need to resubmit artwork or re-approve design positions. This makes ongoing uniform programs fast and consistent.
